I’m Nick Bracks, a weight-loss and holistic lifestyle coach, TEDx speaker, podcast host, author, and founder of Move Your Mind. I was raised in a political family in Australia where discipline, ambition, and public visibility were prioritized, but health & wellbeing were often sacrificed for success.

My early years as an elite-level athlete eventually led to both physical and mental breakdown — and it pushed me to rethink everything I believed about health. I had to let go of the mindset that success and performance were all that mattered, and start learning what success actually means in the context of a full, sustainable life. This is something I still have to work hard at today.

What started as a personal journey to rebuild my own resilience, led to a public speaking and coaching career in the corporate wellness space. Over the years, I’ve worked with business leaders who’ve spent their lives chasing success — only to find themselves in a body and state of health that can’t fully benefit from the fruits of their hard work.
